In order to continually improve the performance of the company, specific improvement objectives will be set annually. The framework for these objectives will be drawn from the CompanyÔÇÖs plan and from management review meetings
This policy will be communicated to all members of staff to ensure its content is understood and it will be reviewed at least annually
